During the time of application for EntrePass, you must furnish a maximum of 10 page business plan whose format is mentioned below.

Processing Time of EntrePass Application
It takes roughly about 6-8 weeks for your application to be processed by MOM and SPRING Singapore – the two governing bodies who look after the EntrePass applications. Upon successful approval of the application, an Approval-In-Principle (AIP) letter is issued by the governing body.
Once you collect the AIP letter, you must register your Singapore Company and open a corporate bank account within 30 days. For the final approval, you need to submit necessary medical reports as mentioned in the AIP letter, and shift to Singapore within 6 months of the final approval date.
Renewal of Entrepreneur Pass in Singapore
MOM sends a renewal form to your employer 3 months before the expiry date of the pass. You need to fill this form and submit it 2 months before the expiry of your pass. You need to furnish the following documents at the time of renewal:
- CPF (Central Provident Fund) of your employees;
- Your company’s latest audited accounts;
- The highest education certificates of the local employees you hired;
- The lease agreement of your office in Singapore.
