How often should I hold Annual General Meeting for my company?
All Singapore incorporated company must hold its AGM (Annual General Meeting) once in a financial year to the shareholders of the company. You must hold the first AGM within 18 months of your company incorporation and be sure to arrange with next meeting in an internal of not more than 15 months.
When to file Annual Return (AR) with ACRA?
Within one month of the Annual General Meeting, every company must file its Annual Return with ACRA. The return file includes key information about the particulars of the company officers, registered address, and auditors (if applicable), etc. You are also required to attach your company’s audited/unaudited financial report along with the annual return file.
What entails in a financial statement of a company?
Financial statement of a company comprises of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Statement of Cash Flow and Statement of Changes in Equity.
